Beachfront and canal homes face constant salt air and humidity. We use corrosion-resistant fixings and hardware, choose timber suited to humid coastal conditions, and keep good airflow around an outdoor sauna so it dries properly.
Many Gold Coast saunas sit by the pool or on a deck, so we plan wet areas, drainage and slip-resistant surrounds as part of the build.
